At Nostalgia Vault, we specialize in unique vintage, retro, and nostalgic items—many of which are one-of-a-kind, pre-owned, or limited in supply. To maintain fair pricing, protect our inventory, and ensure a smooth experience for all customers, we maintain a strict shopping policy focused on final sales.

All Sales Are Final – No Returns or Exchanges All purchases from Nostalgia Vault are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, cancellations, or refunds for any reason.

Please review product descriptions, photos, measurements, and condition notes etc carefully before placing your order. Vintage and retro items are sold as-is, reflecting their age and history.

To request review under one of these exceptions:

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery (or estimated delivery date if lost).

  • Provide your order number and clear photos/proof of the issue.

We review requests case-by-case, and our decision is final. No other remedies (refunds, replacements, credits, etc.) will be offered.

Shipping and Delivery

  • Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends/holidays).

  • Shipping times and costs are estimated at checkout and depend on your location and selected carrier (e.g., USPS, UPS).

  • We are not responsible for carrier delays, lost packages after handover, customs issues (for international orders), or events beyond our control (force majeure).

  • Risk of loss and title pass to you upon handover to the carrier.

  • Please provide a accurate shipping address—we cannot redirect or correct addresses after shipment.

Order Confirmation and Changes Once your order is placed and payment is processed, changes or cancellations are not possible. Double-check your cart, address, and details before checkout.

International Orders International buyers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, VAT, or import fees.
